This two gar garage in the Black Point Beach community in Niantic, CT never had a view like this before. Not only is the cathedral-ceiling living room with kitchenette facing south, it also has a view of the water. Our job was just framing, roofing, windows & siding. The incredible transformation is what earned this project a place in my portfolio.
